Packs Cashback Terms

1. About These Terms

1.1. These Packs Cashback Terms (the "Packs Cashback Terms") set out the cashback that Threely Dimensions Inc. ("Tria", "we", "us", or "our") offers on eligible purchases of Packs made through the Platform ("Packs Cashback"). Packs Cashback is a Tria Reward under the Packs Terms of Service (the "Packs Terms") and is offered, operated, and administered solely by Tria.

1.2. These Packs Cashback Terms supplement the Card Cashback Terms and the Packs Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Packs Terms or, if not defined there, in the Card Cashback Terms. In respect of Pack purchases, these Packs Cashback Terms prevail over the Card Cashback Terms if the two conflict. In all other respects, including eligibility to participate, distribution, taxes, and Tria's rights to suspend or terminate participation, the Card Cashback Terms apply to Packs Cashback.

1.3. When Tria publishes updated cashback terms that cover Pack purchases, those terms will replace these Packs Cashback Terms from the date stated in them.

2. Eligible Purchases

2.1. Packs Cashback is earned only on a Pack purchase that is paid with your own Tria Card through the Platform and that settles on your Tria Card account (an "Eligible Pack Purchase").

2.2. The following do not earn Packs Cashback: (a) Pack purchases paid in Digital Assets from a Digital Asset Wallet; (b) Pack purchases that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, or subject to a Chargeback; (c) Packs received as prizes or at no charge; and (d) any purchase made in breach of the Packs Terms or the Card Cashback Terms.

2.3. Section 8.1 of the Card Cashback Terms does not exclude an Eligible Pack Purchase from earning Packs Cashback by reason of the merchant category code under which it is processed.

3. Rate

3.1. The Packs Cashback rate is the base cashback rate that applies to your Tria Card tier under Schedule 1 of the Card Cashback Terms, being, at the date of these Packs Cashback Terms:

3.2. The rate is determined by your Tria Card tier at the time you make the Eligible Pack Purchase. No boost, multiplier, or additional reward of any kind applies to Packs Cashback, including any badge, box, boost, grant, campaign, or travel reward.

3.3. Eligible Pack Purchases do not count towards, and Packs Cashback is not limited by, the monthly caps in Section 6.1 and Schedule 1 of the Card Cashback Terms. Tria may introduce a limit on Packs Cashback by giving notice on the Platform.

4. Calculation and Payment

4.1. Packs Cashback is calculated when the Eligible Pack Purchase settles on your Tria Card account, which is normally a few days after the purchase, and is shown as pending until then.

4.2. Packs Cashback is paid on the same cycle, and in the same manner, as cashback under the Card Cashback Terms. Tria may change the timing or form of payment of Packs Cashback, including by paying it as a statement credit on a separate schedule, by giving notice on the Platform.

5. Reversal and Set-Off

5.1. If an Eligible Pack Purchase is cancelled, refunded, or reversed, including following a Chargeback or dispute credit, the Packs Cashback earned on it is reversed at the same rate. Tria may deduct the reversed amount from any pending or future Packs Cashback or other Tria Amounts Owed.

5.2. Accepting a Buyback Offer for a Pack Token does not affect the Packs Cashback earned on the Eligible Pack Purchase.

5.3. Tria may withhold, cancel, or claw back Packs Cashback obtained through error, abuse, or breach of the Packs Terms, including Section 10 of the Packs Terms, or of the Card Cashback Terms.

6. Period and Changes

6.1. Packs Cashback is available on Eligible Pack Purchases made from the date Packs are first made available to you on the Platform until 31 October 2026. Tria may extend this period by giving notice on the Platform.

6.2. Tria may change or withdraw the Packs Cashback rate, or suspend or end Packs Cashback, by giving notice on the Platform. Any change applies only to Eligible Pack Purchases made after the change takes effect.

7. General

7.1. Packs Cashback is independent from, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or part of, any rewards or programs offered by any Pack Provider, including Collector Crypt Corp. or NextRare, Inc.

7.2. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to Packs Cashback you receive.
