Packs Rewards Terms

1. About These Terms
1.1. These Packs Rewards Terms (the "Packs Rewards Terms") set out the rewards that Threely Dimensions Inc. ("Tria", "we", "us", or "our") offers on eligible purchases of Packs made through the Platform (the "Packs Rewards Program", which may be shown on the Platform under another name, such as "Bitcoin Back", and each reward paid under it, a "Packs Reward"). The Packs Rewards Program is a Tria Reward under the Packs Terms of Service (the "Packs Terms") and is offered, operated, and administered solely by Tria. Tria alone is responsible to you for paying Packs Rewards.
1.2. These Packs Rewards Terms supplement the Packs Terms and apply together with Tria's Terms of Service (the "Platform TOS") and the other General Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Packs Rewards Terms have the meanings given to them in the Packs Terms or, if not defined there, in the General Terms. These Packs Rewards Terms are the rewards terms referred to in Section 8.2 of the Packs Terms. If these Packs Rewards Terms conflict with the Packs Terms or the General Terms in respect of Packs Rewards, Aura, or Levels, these Packs Rewards Terms prevail to the extent of the conflict. This Section 1.2 is an express statement of precedence for the purposes of Section 25.11 of the Platform TOS.
1.3. Acceptance. By making an Eligible Purchase, by receiving or claiming any Packs Reward, or by earning any Aura or reaching any Level, you agree to these Packs Rewards Terms. If you do not agree to these Packs Rewards Terms, you must not make Eligible Purchases or claim Packs Rewards.
1.4. Nature of Packs Rewards. Packs Rewards are a discretionary promotional incentive offered by Tria. A Packs Reward is calculated only on the price you paid for a Pack and does not depend on the contents, result, or value of any Pack or Pack Token. A Packs Reward is not part of the price of a Pack; is not a discount, rebate, or refund given by any Pack Provider or by NextRare; is not a prize or winnings; and is not interest, yield, a dividend, a share of profits, or a return on any investment. Earning or receiving Packs Rewards does not give you any ownership, equity, token, or other interest in Tria or any of its affiliates, and does not entitle you to any future reward.
1.5. Independence from Pack Providers. The Packs Rewards Program is independent from, and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or part of any rewards or programs of, Collector Crypt Corp., NextRare, Inc., or any other Pack Provider. Neither NextRare nor any Pack Provider has any obligation to you in respect of Packs Rewards.
1.6. End of Packs Cashback. Cashback on Pack purchases under the Packs Cashback Terms that Tria published for Pack purchases ("Packs Cashback") ended on 31 October 2026. Those terms, an archived copy of which is available on the Platform, continue to apply only to Packs Cashback earned on Eligible Pack Purchases (as defined in those terms) made on or before that date. Pack purchases made after 31 October 2026 do not earn Packs Cashback, and Pack purchases made on 1 or 2 November 2026 earn neither Packs Cashback nor Packs Rewards.
2. Definitions
2.1. In these Packs Rewards Terms:
(a) "Aura" has the meaning given in Section 8.1;
(b) "Connected Wallet" means the Digital Asset Wallet connected to your Tria Account on the Platform, being, for the purposes of Section 3, the one connected at the time of purchase and, for the purposes of Section 5, the one connected at the time of payment;
(c) "Eligible Price" means, for an Eligible Purchase, the price of the Pack in United States dollars displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase, excluding any network fees, gas costs, payment processing fees, surcharges, taxes, conversion costs, shipping fees, and Redemption fees, and reduced by any discount, credit, or Tria Reward applied to the purchase;
(d) "Eligible Purchase" has the meaning given in Section 3.1;
(e) "Level" has the meaning given in Section 9.1;
(f) "Reward Amount" means the amount of a Packs Reward in United States dollars, calculated under Section 4;
(g) "Reward Day" means each period, ending at the cut-off time shown on the Platform, that Tria uses to group Eligible Purchases for payment;
(h) "Reward Network" means the blockchain network on which Packs Rewards are paid, being, at the date of these Packs Rewards Terms, the Arbitrum network, or any other network that Tria designates under Section 5.2;
(i) "Reward Rate" means the rate set out in Section 4.1, or any other rate that applies under Section 4.2 or Section 9; and
(j) "Reward Token" means the Digital Asset in which Packs Rewards are paid, being, at the date of these Packs Rewards Terms, Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), or any other Digital Asset that Tria designates under Section 5.2.
3. Eligible Purchases
3.1. A Pack purchase is an "Eligible Purchase" only if all of the following apply:
(a) it is made through the Platform from your own Tria Account on or after 3 November 2026, or any later date that Tria announces on the Platform as the start of the Packs Rewards Program;
(b) it is paid in full either (i) from your Connected Wallet, or (ii) with a Tria Card issued in your name, once Tria makes the Tria Card available on the Platform as a payment method for Packs;
(c) the payment has been completed and the Pack has been issued to you or, for a gift, to its recipient (which does not require Redemption of any Real World Asset);
(d) it has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed, or failed, and is not subject to a Chargeback or payment dispute; and
(e) it is made in accordance with these Packs Rewards Terms, the Packs Terms, and the General Terms.
3.2. The following are not Eligible Purchases and do not earn Packs Rewards: (a) Pack purchases paid, in whole or in part, with any card other than a Tria Card issued in your name, or from any wallet or address other than your Connected Wallet; (b) Packs received as prizes, as Level benefits, or otherwise free of charge, including Packs obtained through any free method of entry offered by a Pack Provider; and (c) any Pack purchase excluded under Section 3.4.
3.3. Who may participate. To earn and receive Packs Rewards, you must meet the eligibility requirements in Section 5.3 of the Packs Terms, hold a Tria Account in good standing, and be located in a jurisdiction in which Packs and the Packs Rewards Program are made available to you on the Platform. Tria may verify your age, identity, location, tax status, and eligibility, and screen you and your Connected Wallet against sanctions lists, at any time, including before paying any Packs Reward, and may withhold Packs Rewards until those checks are completed to its satisfaction. If you do not provide information that Tria reasonably requests within the time Tria specifies, or if Tria cannot complete its checks to its satisfaction, Tria may cancel the affected Packs Rewards.
3.4. Exclusions. Tria may at any time, by notice on the Platform or by updating these Packs Rewards Terms, exclude any Pack or category of Packs, any Pack Provider, any payment method, or any jurisdiction from the Packs Rewards Program. Tria may also exclude any user or category of users where Tria considers it necessary or advisable for legal, regulatory, compliance, risk, or fraud prevention reasons. An exclusion applies to Pack purchases made after it takes effect.
3.5. No cashback. Pack purchases, whether or not they are Eligible Purchases, do not earn cashback under any Tria cashback program, including cashback on Tria Card purchases. Packs Rewards do not count towards, and are not combined with, any other Tria reward or program unless Tria states otherwise.
3.6. Gifts. Where you buy a Pack as a gift for another Tria user through a feature on the Platform, the purchase is your Eligible Purchase if it otherwise meets Section 3.1, and you earn the Packs Reward and any Aura on it. The recipient earns neither Packs Rewards nor Aura on the gifted Pack.
4. Reward Amount
4.1. Reward Rate. The Reward Rate is one percent (1%). For each Eligible Purchase, the Reward Amount is the Eligible Price multiplied by the Reward Rate that applies at the time of that purchase. For example, an Eligible Purchase with an Eligible Price of USD 100 earns a Reward Amount of USD 1.
4.2. Promotional rates. Tria may from time to time offer a higher Reward Rate for particular Packs, periods, payment methods, or users by notice on the Platform, on the conditions and for the period stated in that notice. When that period ends, the Reward Rate in Section 4.1, or under Section 9 where Levels apply, applies again. If more than one Reward Rate could apply to an Eligible Purchase, only the highest applies, unless the notice states otherwise.
4.3. Rates shown in error. The Reward Rate under these Packs Rewards Terms prevails over any rate or amount shown on the Platform, in marketing, or in any other communication, including any statement by a Tria employee, ambassador, influencer, or partner. If a rate or amount is shown or applied in error, Tria may correct it and pay the Packs Reward at the correct Reward Rate, and Section 7 applies to any amount paid in error.
4.4. Calculation. Tria calculates Reward Amounts using its own records of your purchases and of the Eligible Price, and rounds each Reward Amount to four (4) decimal places of a United States dollar. Tria's calculation of Reward Amounts is conclusive, absent manifest error.
4.5. No cap. At the date of these Packs Rewards Terms, no limit applies to the Reward Amounts you may earn. Tria may at any time introduce a limit, including a limit per purchase, per Reward Day, per user, or in total, by notice on the Platform, which applies to Pack purchases made after the notice is given.
5. Payment of Packs Rewards
5.1. Reward Token. Packs Rewards are paid in the Reward Token on the Reward Network. At the date of these Packs Rewards Terms, Packs Rewards are paid in Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) on the Arbitrum network.
5.2. Change of Reward Token or Reward Network. Tria may change the Reward Token or the Reward Network at any time, in its sole discretion, by notice on the Platform or by updating these Packs Rewards Terms. A change applies to Packs Rewards paid after it takes effect, including Packs Rewards earned before then but not yet paid. A change of Reward Token or Reward Network does not change the Reward Amount.
5.3. Conversion. Each Reward Amount is converted into the Reward Token at the time of payment, using a market price for the Reward Token (for Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), a WBTC/USD price feed), taken at or around that time from an exchange, price aggregator, oracle, or other price source selected by Tria. Where a Packs Reward is made available to claim, the time of payment for the purposes of this Section 5.3 is the time it is made available. Tria's determination of the conversion price is conclusive, absent manifest error. Tria rounds the amount of Reward Token down to the smallest unit that Tria transfers, which for Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) is one satoshi (0.00000001 WBTC). Any change in the price of the Reward Token between the time of your purchase and the time of payment, or after payment, is at your risk, and Tria will not adjust any Packs Reward because of it.
5.4. Timing. Tria pays the Packs Rewards earned in each Reward Day at the payment time and frequency shown on the Platform, which Tria may change by notice on the Platform. Payment times are targets only. Tria may combine, defer, or batch payments, including at the start of the Packs Rewards Program, or because of network conditions, verification or sanctions checks, suspected fraud or abuse, maintenance, the availability or price of the Reward Token, legal or regulatory requirements, or any other matter beyond Tria's reasonable control. No interest or compensation is payable for any delay.
5.5. Method of payment. Tria may pay Packs Rewards (a) by transferring them directly to your Connected Wallet, or (b) by making them available for you to claim through a claim feature on the Platform, and may change the method at any time. Where Packs Rewards are made available to claim, you must claim them within the claim period shown on the Platform, which will be at least ninety (90) days from the date they are made available, and Packs Rewards not claimed within that period are forfeited. Claiming may require you to sign a transaction and, unless Tria covers it, to pay the network fee for it. Tria makes Packs Rewards available to claim only through the Platform and is not responsible for any website, smart contract, or message that impersonates Tria.
5.6. Title before payment. Until a Packs Reward has been transferred to your Connected Wallet, the Reward Token remains the property of Tria. Tria does not hold any Reward Token on your behalf, in custody, or on trust for you, and before payment you have only a contractual right to receive the Packs Reward in accordance with these Packs Rewards Terms.
5.7. Completion of payment. A Packs Reward is paid when the transfer to your Connected Wallet is confirmed on the Reward Network or, where you claim it, when the claim transaction is confirmed on the Reward Network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, as described in Section 6.5 of the Packs Terms. Tria is not responsible for any loss resulting from loss of access to your Connected Wallet or its credentials, or from any other matter within your control, and has no obligation to pay any Packs Reward again. Once paid, a Packs Reward belongs to you, and Section 8.6 of the Packs Terms does not apply to it.
5.8. Fees and minimum amounts. Tria currently bears the network fees for paying Packs Rewards. Tria may, by notice on the Platform, (a) deduct reasonable network fees from Packs Rewards, or (b) set a minimum payment amount, which will not exceed USD 5, in which case Reward Amounts below that minimum are carried forward and paid once the minimum is reached. When the Packs Rewards Program ends or your participation in it ends, Tria will pay any carried-forward balance below the minimum where reasonably practicable, and may otherwise cancel it.
5.9. Where payment in the Reward Token is not possible. If paying a Packs Reward in the Reward Token or on the Reward Network becomes unlawful, impracticable, or commercially unreasonable, including because of the unavailability, delisting, loss of peg, or failure of the Reward Token or the Reward Network, sanctions, or legal or regulatory restrictions in your jurisdiction, Tria may (a) pay the Reward Amount in another Digital Asset of Tria's choice, (b) defer payment until the restriction ends, or (c) where payment is prohibited by applicable law, cancel the Packs Reward.
6. Buyback Offers and Your Pack Tokens
6.1. Accepting a Buyback Offer for, transferring, or requesting Redemption of a Pack Token does not affect the Packs Reward earned on the Eligible Purchase of the Pack.
6.2. A Pack purchase that is followed by acceptance of a Buyback Offer remains an Eligible Purchase, if it otherwise meets Section 3.1, and earns Packs Rewards in full and counts towards Aura in the same way as any other purchase. Section 10.1(d) of the Packs Terms does not apply to those purchases. This does not limit Section 11.
6.3. Packs Rewards do not reduce the risks of purchasing Packs described in Section 6 of the Packs Terms. The value of a revealed Pack Token, and the Payout Price under a Buyback Offer, may be substantially less than the price you paid, and that difference will usually be much greater than any Packs Reward. You should not purchase Packs in order to earn Packs Rewards.
7. Reversals, Errors, and Recovery
7.1. If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or failed, or becomes subject to a Chargeback or payment dispute: (a) where the Packs Reward on it has not been paid, that Packs Reward is cancelled; and (b) where that Packs Reward has been paid, you owe Tria the United States dollar value, at the time of payment, of the Reward Token paid, which is its Reward Amount.
7.2. If a Packs Reward is paid in error, including because of an incorrect rate, amount, calculation, or conversion, a duplicate payment, a payment to the wrong person, a technical error, or a payment for a purchase that was not an Eligible Purchase, you owe Tria the United States dollar value, at the time of payment and as determined by Tria, of the Reward Token paid in error.
7.3. Tria may recover any amount you owe under this Section 7, or following action under Section 11, in any one or more of the following ways: (a) by deducting it from any Packs Reward that is pending or that you earn in the future; (b) by setting it off against any other Tria Amounts Owed, including cashback and other Tria Rewards; (c) by asking you to return the Reward Token concerned, or to pay the amount owed, within the time Tria specifies; or (d) by treating any amount that remains unpaid as a debt owed by you to Tria and recovering it by any lawful means.
7.4. Tria may also reverse any Aura, and adjust any Level, gained through a purchase or Packs Reward described in this Section 7.
8. Aura
8.1. Tria may award points called "Aura" for Pack purchases and other activity relating to Packs, as shown on the Platform. Tria determines which purchases and activities earn Aura, the amount of Aura earned, any streak or other multipliers, the rules for keeping or losing a streak, and the daily reset time, all of which are shown on the Platform and may be changed by Tria at any time. Aura is never awarded by reference to the contents, result, or value of any Pack or Pack Token.
8.2. Aura is a measure of progress within Packs only. Aura is not money, currency, electronic money, stored value, a Digital Asset, a token, a security, or property of any kind, and has no cash or monetary value. Aura cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed, or combined between Tria Accounts, and cannot be converted into money, Digital Assets, or anything else, except to the extent that Tria uses Aura to determine Levels under Section 9.
8.3. Tria may at any time, without liability to you, correct, adjust, reset, suspend, or remove Aura, including where Aura was earned through an error, through a purchase described in Section 7, or through conduct described in Section 11; change how Aura is earned or used; or discontinue Aura. Tria's records of Aura are conclusive, absent manifest error.
8.4. Aura ends when your Tria Account is closed or your access to Packs is terminated, and no compensation is payable for it.
9. Levels
9.1. Tria may introduce levels ("Levels") based on Aura or on other criteria that Tria sets. Levels may carry a higher Reward Rate, Packs, badges, or other benefits. Tria is not obliged to introduce Levels, and Aura does not entitle you to any Level or benefit unless and until Levels are introduced under Section 9.2.
9.2. When Tria introduces Levels, the criteria for each Level, and the Reward Rate and other benefits that apply to it, will be set out in a schedule to these Packs Rewards Terms published on the Platform. Until then, no Level applies, and the Reward Rate under Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 applies. Where Levels apply, the Reward Rate for an Eligible Purchase is the rate for your Level at the time of that purchase, as recorded by Tria.
9.3. Tria may change the criteria, Reward Rates, or benefits for any Level, add or remove Levels, pause Level benefits for inactive users, or discontinue Levels, by updating that schedule or these Packs Rewards Terms. Any change applies only to Pack purchases made, and benefits earned, after it takes effect.
9.4. Levels and badges have no cash or monetary value and cannot be transferred. Packs given as Level benefits are subject to the Packs Terms, including Section 8.5 of the Packs Terms, and do not earn Packs Rewards.
10. Changes, Suspension, and Ending
10.1. Tria may at any time, in its sole discretion: (a) change the Reward Rate; (b) change the Reward Token or the Reward Network under Section 5.2; (c) change the timing, frequency, or method of payment, any claim period, or any minimum payment amount; (d) introduce limits under Section 4.5; (e) change which purchases, Packs, Pack Providers, payment methods, or jurisdictions are eligible, or exclude users under Section 3.4; (f) change or discontinue Aura or Levels; (g) suspend or end the Packs Rewards Program, in whole or in part, for all users or for any jurisdiction or category of users; or (h) otherwise amend these Packs Rewards Terms.
10.2. Tria makes a change by notice on the Platform or by posting updated Packs Rewards Terms with a new Last Updated date, except that a reduction of the Reward Rate in Section 4.1 is made only by posting updated Packs Rewards Terms. A change takes effect when the notice or the updated Packs Rewards Terms are posted, unless a later date is stated.
10.3. A change to the Reward Rate, to eligibility, or to any limit, and any suspension or ending of the Packs Rewards Program, applies only to Pack purchases made after it takes effect. Packs Rewards earned on Eligible Purchases made before then remain payable under these Packs Rewards Terms, subject to the rest of these Packs Rewards Terms, including Sections 3.3, 5.2, 5.5, 5.8, 5.9, 7, 11, and 14.
10.4. If the Packs Rewards Program ends, Tria will pay the Packs Rewards that remain payable under Section 10.3 within a reasonable time, in the Reward Token or as provided in Section 5.9, and Section 5.8 applies to any balance below a minimum payment amount.
10.5. Your continued participation in the Packs Rewards Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change, and Tria may also ask you to accept updated Packs Rewards Terms. Tria has no obligation to continue the Packs Rewards Program, and past Reward Rates or Packs Rewards are not an indication of future ones.
11. Abuse and Disqualification
11.1. Tria may withhold, cancel, reverse, or claw back any Packs Reward, Aura, or Level, recover any amount under Section 7.3, end your participation in the Packs Rewards Program, and exercise its rights under Section 10.2 of the Packs Terms, where Tria reasonably believes that you, or anyone acting with you, have:
(a) created or used more than one Tria Account, or acted on behalf of or together with others to obtain Packs Rewards;
(b) used bots, scripts, or other automated means;
(c) made purchases that are not genuine, including coordinated, circular, or connected purchases between Tria Accounts designed to obtain Packs Rewards, or any other purchases or sell-backs made mainly to obtain Packs Rewards rather than Packs;
(d) exploited any error, bug, pricing or conversion mistake, or timing difference;
(e) initiated a Chargeback in breach of Section 3.8 of the Packs Terms;
(f) used funds or a card that you were not authorized to use, or engaged in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful conduct;
(g) provided false information, or circumvented any location, eligibility, or other restriction; or
(h) otherwise breached these Packs Rewards Terms, the Packs Terms, or the General Terms.
11.2. Any Packs Reward clawed back under this Section 11 is an amount you owe Tria, measured as set out in Section 7.2. Tria will act reasonably and in good faith under this Section 11, and is not required to give reasons where doing so could compromise security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
12. Taxes
12.1. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to Packs Rewards, including on their receipt, holding, or disposal, and for any related reporting. Packs Rewards may be treated as taxable income in your jurisdiction. Tria may request tax information from you, may withhold or deduct taxes from Packs Rewards where required by applicable law, and may report Packs Rewards to tax authorities. Tria does not provide tax advice.
13. Risks and Liability
13.1. The Reward Token and the Reward Network are created, issued, operated, or maintained by third parties. Wrapped Bitcoin is a token designed to track the value of bitcoin, and its value, liquidity, and redeemability depend on third parties, including its issuer, its custodians, and any bridge used to make it available on the Reward Network. Tria does not issue, control, back, or guarantee the Reward Token or the Reward Network, including the value, liquidity, or redeemability of the Reward Token or whether it tracks the value of any other asset, and is not liable for any loss arising from them, including from a loss of peg, hack, custody failure, network outage, fork, smart contract failure, or regulatory action.
13.2. The price of the Reward Token may be volatile and may fall to zero. Packs Rewards are not an investment, and nothing in the Packs Rewards Program is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
13.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tria's total liability to you arising out of or relating to Packs Rewards, Aura, or Levels shall not exceed the greater of one hundred United States dollars (USD 100) and the total Reward Amount of the Packs Rewards that are payable to you under these Packs Rewards Terms and have not been paid. Section 7 of the Packs Terms also applies to the Packs Rewards Program, and this Section 13.3 prevails over Section 7.3 of the Packs Terms in respect of Packs Rewards, Aura, and Levels. Nothing in this Section 13 limits Section 7.4 of the Packs Terms.
14. Suspension and Closure of Your Account
14.1. Tria may withhold any Packs Reward while your Tria Account or your access to Packs is suspended or under investigation.
14.2. If your Tria Account or your access to Packs is terminated because of conduct described in Section 11, the unpaid Packs Rewards connected with that conduct are forfeited, Tria may withhold any other unpaid Packs Rewards and apply them towards any amount you owe Tria, and Aura and Levels end on termination.
14.3. If your Tria Account is closed, or your access to Packs ends, for any other reason, Tria will pay the Packs Rewards payable to you, where reasonably practicable, to the Connected Wallet last connected to your Tria Account, and Section 5.8 applies to any balance below a minimum payment amount. Aura and Levels end at that time.
15. Jurisdictions and Legal Limits
15.1. The Packs Rewards Program is available only where Packs are made available to you on the Platform and only where it is lawful, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
15.2. Where applicable law limits the value, form, or conditions of a reward offered in connection with a purchase, Tria may reduce, cap, change the form of, or withhold Packs Rewards for users in that jurisdiction to the extent needed to comply.
16. Records, Claims, and Contact
16.1. Tria's records, including records of your purchases, Eligible Prices, Reward Amounts, conversion prices, payment transactions, Aura, and Levels, are conclusive, absent manifest error. Tria may rely on information received from NextRare and Pack Providers about your purchases.
16.2. If you believe that a Packs Reward has not been paid or has been calculated incorrectly, you must notify Tria at [email protected] within ninety (90) days after the date on which the Packs Reward was paid or should have been paid, with your Tria Account identifier and the details of the purchase. Tria is not required to investigate or pay a claim notified after that period, unless Tria's own records show that the Packs Reward is due or applicable law requires otherwise.
16.3. Tria processes information about your purchases and Packs Rewards in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

17. General
17.1. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions of the Packs Terms and the General Terms, including Section 12 of the Packs Terms, apply to the Packs Rewards Program, subject to Section 13.3. A dispute relating to Packs Rewards, Aura, or Levels is a Packs Dispute under Section 12.2 of the Packs Terms.
17.2. Sections 13.1 (Assignment), 13.3 (Severability), and 13.4 (Language) of the Packs Terms apply to these Packs Rewards Terms.
17.3. No failure or delay by Tria in exercising any right under these Packs Rewards Terms is a waiver of that right.
17.4. Sections 1.4, 5.3, 5.6 to 5.9, 6, 7, 10.3, 10.4, and 11 to 17 survive the end of the Packs Rewards Program and the end of your participation in it.
